Wendy Epstein, LCSW founded Mint Therapy & Wellness with the vision of offering a space where healing feels safe, compassionate, and connected. She believes true change happens when the mind and body are both cared for — when therapy supports not only insight and understanding, but also the nervous system, resilience, and the felt sense of wholeness.
